Some possible tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Create or edit Microsoft Office documents (Currently proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Could learn others.);
- Online research;
- Data entry;
- Basic proofreading;
- Book appointments, venues, caterers, or travel arrangements;
- Filter and sort voicemail or email;
- Confirm appointments;
- Obtain quotes;
- Order office supplies;
- Send invitations;
- Manage R.S.V.P.s (via email, social media or other online method)
- Create forms.
In the case of hand-written/hard copy documents that you want typed, etc.; they can be scanned and emailed or sent by mail. Completed task will then be emailed back or put on a USB drive and mailed back.
Normally, tasks should be completed within 24-48 hours. Deadlines will be negotiated with client, for larger projects.
I will be adding Photoshop, InDesign and Lightroom to my repertoire at a later date.
My business name is only registered in Saskatchewan; therefore, I will only be accepting work from clients located in Saskatchewan, for the time being.
